Kingston’s father, Gavin Rosedale, also marked the occasion with a heartfelt Instagram post. The Bush frontman shared a carousel of pictures, writing, “Happy birthday Kingston. 18 today and a massive step into your future. So far the best ride of my life, and I can’t wait to see where you go from here.”
Gwen and Gavin, who were married in 2002 to Gwen Stefani and divorced in 2016, have two other sons, 15-year-old Zuma and 10-year-old Apollo. Despite their different parenting styles, as Gavin revealed in a podcast last year, they both remain dedicated to their children. Gavin mentioned, “We just parent. We’re really different people, so we just really… I don’t think there’s much similarity in the way we bring them up, which gives them an incredible perspective.”
Blake Shelton, Gwen’s current husband, also shared his admiration for Gwen’s Gwen Stefani dedication to motherhood. Reflecting on their first meeting in 2014, Blake recalled Gwen arriving at work in a black minivan with car seats and her children in tow.
